Moments.  Timeless Photography retains the copyright to all images.  Please know that it is illegal to scan, copy, or reproduce any image.  Scanned photos damage the photographer's reputation and distort and devalue the quality of the image. 

Images will be kept in an archive file for one year.

Session fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of your photography session. 

Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.
